BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST SHAKE

Sarapan shakes dengan blueberry dan yoghurt adalah cara sihat untuk memulakan hari. Yoghurt menyediakan protein serta kalsium dan vitamin B. Blueberry peringkat ketiga sebagai sumber alami antioksidan setelah prunes dan kismis

BAHAN-BAHANNYA:-

Makes two 8-ounce servings
1/2 cup blueberries, picked over and rinsed
1/2 cup low-fat
vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup
skim milk
2 tablespoons
honey
5 ice cubes

CARA-CARANYA:-

Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender, and process until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
